KC Lance Jackson - Production Manager - Rianna
John is a true visionary and one of the most creative driven professionals that I have had the privilege to work with in my 34r+ music career. John has created and designed some most visually exciting stage sets I've had the opportunity to work on. John's focus on detail sets him apart from so many other designers I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend John as a creative consultant and designer.

The House of Magic was an exciting project than involved designers and construction teams from all over the world. Initially John Troxtel and Franz Harary conceptualized the steampunk / Jules Verne style which provided the theme that followed through the entire attraction. Featuring three theaters, a restaurant and gift shop, the facility encompassed almost a full floor in side the Casino and Hotel. John and Franz have been close friends for many years both born in small towns in Michigan about 90 miles apart. They are also just about the same age with Troxtel only a year older. Franz Harary is the premiere designer of illusions for concert tours. Troxtel (himself one of the top show designers in Hip Hop and Rap music) contacted Harary to design and build the first illusions in Live Hip Hop. Together they have worked onmore than 50 tours including Missy Elliot, Mary J. Blige, DMX, Bone, Thugs and Harmony, Usher and Janet Jackson.
